Dear Customers,
The advent of website sales platforms has led to an explosion in purchasing online. This last year we have faced an increase of 500% of personal parcels to be joined to foodstuffs shipments.
Initially we freely cared for but now it is no longer possible.
More and more time is given to their processing often worsened by low quality service from express delivery companies and a lack of accurate labels on parcels.
With a view to cover this treatment costs we charge now following fee:
15 € by file
One file is equal to one delivery whatever the number of parcels our salers.
In case you purchase twice on Amazon with different dates of delivery this makes 2 files. Similarly when the delivery company comes twice a day.
Important Remarks:
- It becomes more an more complicated to justify at customs those purchases which arrived without any invoice. Accordingly it is essential to combine this with a substantial order of food to able us to justify an exportation at your name.
- In case we receive an invoice before the departure of the goods this one must be:
- Issued on your foreign address
- Issued by an European supplier
- The supplier must be certified EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification)
- A lot of time is lost due to incomplete or bad address on parcels. Please make sure that following information appear on labels:
- BELEX CARGO c/o Michel
- Your NAME + CITY of destination
- Transport by air of some items could be a problem due to their nature our exceptional sizes. Contact us beforehand for permission. Following items are not allowed:
Lithium batteries or appliances with
Flammable or corrosive products
